🛍️ Third-Party Fulfillment (Printify Products)
Some items in our shop — including clothing, mugs, and blankets — are fulfilled through Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. These products:

Each Printify item is clearly labeled on the product page.
📦 Standard Shipping for All Other Orders
For items not eligible for free shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
⏳ Preorders & Fulfillment Timing
Some products, like the Financial Literacy Kit, may be available as preorders.
If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product pages.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customer@owningthedash.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll make it right.
