📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused physical items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Item must be free from signs of wear, damage, or use
Non-returnable items:

Digital products, downloadable resources, and e-books

Gift cards

Please note

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. Exchanges are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect address may be subject to return shipping and handling fees.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please keep in mind:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued

Refunds are issued for the product price only, unless the return is due to our error
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
🧾 Preorder Cancellations
You may cancel a preorder at any time before the item ships for a full refund. Once the product has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
📚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at customer@owningthedash.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right — either by replacing the item (exchange) or offering a full refund. After this 7-day period, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
